Items eligible for Returns
 
  • Item or items must be returned within 14 business days from delivery date
  • Item or items must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received it and it must also be in the original packaging. 
  • All returns will be issued in the form of store credit. 
  • We offer Store Credit or Refunds, depending on the situation, for returned items. You will receive return communications via email. Shipping costs are not included in the store credit and will not be refunded.

  • Customized / personalized items
  • Holiday items
  • Clearance
  • Discounted items
  • Bathing suits for any reasons, due to health concerns
  • Hair items of any kind. 
  • Hats
Do I pay for returns ?
 
  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost when you are initiating a return. We do not provide return labels.
  • Original shipping fee will not be returned in any circumstance

DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us at tootsboutique01@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item within 7 days of receiving your package.
